Today is the last day of our gratitude experiment!

The world is changing from the inside. It’s important to realize that what we think turns into what we see, feel, and do. INSIDE turns into what you see on the OUTSIDE. Here are the proves from people, who joined us and lived that experience.

Positive changes in life can start with simple gratitude. With pen and paper as a tool to train your brain. We are grateful to you for joining us on this journey!

Society has spoiled the perception of gratitude by fakeness.
Such great words as “I’m so grateful to life” “I can’t thank you enough” are mostly used with hypocrisy.
They have no value or impact if you don’t feel it.
Gratitude is a feeling and you have to experience it like one.

We encourage you to reflect on your life and find(feel!) those things you are actually grateful for.
We can get to them only with a practice)
So, don’t forget to find some time for gratitude today.

Here's how the two-week journey will look like:

-We'll DM you a link to the google sheet and your lucky number there. (The google sheet will be group’s habit tracker)
- We'll give you an access to our discord community, where you'll be able to share your insights, get support, meet people to discuss the experience
- We'll post an instruction, set of tips and tricks on how to preform the 15 minutes gratitude exercise
- Every day we'll be reminding you about the exercise so you’ll be on track

Laugh is the best cure… what if there’s nothing funny around? Then just say «Thank you».

Expressing thankfulness can be useful in treating depression, building relationships, in reducing pain. Neurochemically, «Thank you» is a firework of dopamine and serotonin. Those guys are in charge of joy and happiness, so a long-run, gratitude like meditation - results in a feeling of contentment and calmness.

btw, magnets also help a pencil to attach to the binding, or to the cover, and they make the notebook stay closed.

You'll need 4 iceberg lettuce leaves,
½ minced onion,
1 pound ground lean beef or 2500 gallons water…
Yeah. That's true, so much is wasted to produce 1 pound of beef.

We know that thanks to the Cowspiracy documentary.

It can’t withstand billions of people who consume so carelessly.

As with any problem, we should first accept it’s existence.
To face the fact we often purchase things under different influences but not to fulfill the basic needs.
