Edible Market is your way to support and sustain Colorado local agriculture and food production by purchasing DIRECTLY FROM multiple local food producers, in one easy checkout. Your purchase helps get so many farmers, bakers, chefs, wine producers, makers, bee keepers and many more through incredibly tough times. With so much focus on the impact of local businesses being hit very hard right now, small, local food producers are often overlooked. While many vendors get through fall/winter with multiple indoor holiday events and winter markets, the pandemic has caused most of those events to be canceled, eliminating that desperately needed income source – for those vendors AND their employees.

Each and every week, your favorite foods are made specially for you by your favorite producers. Vendors then individually complete your order, and bring them to us on Friday afternoon. We put together (collate) all of the products you order from the individual vendors into one package, and then deliver them to your door. You place your order, farmers market vendors put it together, and we get it to you!

All orders are either delivered to your house, or made available for pickup on Saturday, every week, and all orders need to be placed by 11:59pm each week by Thursday night. Starting in December, we will be increasing our pickup points, and we will also be adding a portal for folks who use SNAP to also participate.
