Four days in Verona. Dozens of tastings. Producers who farm with conviction, make wines with personality, and remind us exactly why we do this.

Meet Domaine Cornu

It’s a fourth-generation family estate in Magny-lès-Villers, a village at the quiet crossroads of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits that still flies under the radar.

Alexandre Cornu now leads the domaine, building on a foundation shaped in part by his parents’ time at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and decades of careful, hands-on farming.

20 hectares, organically grown and carefully tended. From regional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to Premier and Grand Cru, each wine offers a precise, honest expression of its site.

One to know before everyone else does!

The most aromatic corner of Barolo DOCG.

In La Morra — the most perfumed, elegant and florally expressive commune in the appellation — Bovio has spent 4 generations learning exactly what each parcel has to say. And they let each one speak for itself.

Five MGAs: Annunziata, Gattera, Arborina, Rocchettevino, Parussi, — each separately vinified and aged without compromise in large Slavonian oak and French botti, finished in concrete. The oak adds texture without fingerprints, but the terroir stays in charge!

Chénas may be the smallest cru in Beaujolais, but it produces some of its most compelling wines.

At Domaine du Jonchay , Gamay comes from 50+ year-old vines on steep granite slopes known locally as Les Pendrouilles, worked entirely by hand. Fermented in concrete and raised without oak, the focus stays on purity, tension, and clear site expression. Long maceration and aging on full lees bring depth, energy, and balance.
A precise, site-driven expression of Chénas! 🍷

Recently featured in Esquire’s Best Martinis in America , Gin Taggiasco is the first Italian gin made with real Taggiasca olives—a true original rooted in Ligurian heritage.

Crafted with a short, intentional selection of botanicals and Taggiasca olives—famous for their low bitterness, gentle sweetness, and aromatic lift—the gin is all about quality, freshness, and simplicity.

Thoughtfully made, environmentally responsible, and so unique Gin Taggiasco goes beyond gin—a purposeful expression of origin and craft!

This is the bottle everyone will ask about🤌

It’s not every day you come across a vermouth with 400 years of history behind it. Giusti is Modena’s oldest balsamic house, still working with the same families of barrels dating back to the 1700s—now in the hands of the 17th generation. Their vermouth evolves from that tradition: local wines (including Lambrusco), 19 botanicals, Saba for sweetness, and aging in historic balsamic casks. And the story doesn’t stop in Modena—they now welcome 25,000+ visitors a year to their museum and operate in 60 countries.

Heritage you can taste, now here in New York.🍷

Two of Tuscany’s rarest magnums just dropped📦

From a tiny, organically certified estate 60 km outside Florence in Val d’Arno di Sopra—now in its third generation—Il Carnasciale produces some of Tuscany’s most distinctive and hardest-to-find wines.

🍷Ottantadue🍷
A pure, zero-oak Sangiovese fermented spontaneously and now bottled in magnum. Fresh, precise, and an honest expression of its terroir.

🍷Il Caberlot🍷
100% Caberlot from older vines—the rare variety that marries Merlot’s depth with Cabernet Franc’s aromatic lift. Produced in just ~3,500 bottles and bottled exclusively in magnum, it remains one of Tuscany’s most coveted and nearly impossible-to-find wines: bold, elegant, unmistakably Carnasciale.

Il Carnasciale makes some of Tuscany’s most original small-production wines. Magnums this rare don’t come around often—catch them while you can!!!
