So much of the internet will tell you that the answer is to hustle harder.
Work later.
Say yes to everything.
Wake up earlier.
Push through the exhaustion.
But here’s what I’ve learned from building a business alongside a dairy farm, motherhood, and a very full life:
❌The goal was never to prove how much I could carry.
✅The goal was to build something that could actually support the life I wanted.
Because if your business only works when you’re running on empty… it’s not actually working for you!
The women I work with don’t need another person telling them to do more.
They need help figuring out:
✨What actually moves the needle
✨What their business needs in this season
✨What systems need to be created so growth doesn’t depend on them doing everything
You don’t have to choose between being present for your family and building something meaningful.
But you do have to be intentional about what you’re building.
That’s the shift.
Less pressure.
More clarity.
More strategy.
If you’re building a business that needs to fit into your real life, you’re in the right place. Follow along, I’m sharing what it actually looks like to build a business without losing yourself in the process. 🤍
scaling, growth, less hustle
