Hello, 10th grade! ❤️

And just like that, we’re off.

Our favorite driver and matron pulled up this morning, Matt climbed on the bus, and another school year officially began.

There is always so much wrapped up in that first morning. A little excitement, a few nerves, lots of hope, and for me, that familiar feeling of watching the bus pull away and hoping for a happy, easy year ahead.

To all of our friends starting school or beginning something new this week, I’m wishing you the same. May the transition be easy, the faces be friendly and not that many annoying people and the year bring lots of good moments along the way.

And to Matt, here’s to 10th grade. I hope it’s a year filled with good friends, new experiences, lots of laughs, and plenty of reasons to feel proud. Have a fabulous day!!!❤️❤️❤️

to , he joked they didn’t interview you? It’s so lovely to see the DOE play the victim card in the blurb I read. I would LOVE to send my child to public school. They asked him to leave because they had no appropriate school and after years of him working hard we found a non public school. and guess what, DOE said No! The DOE should invest in the types of schools our students need or invest in the private schools that are currently fulfilling what they need.  i’m tired of hearing “ Parents like me are playing the system” In reality we’re just trying to get our child a fair and appropriate education. Shame on you for not looking at the true issues. I hope someone writes a counter article.

And today, our incredible attorney, Maria McGinley, called to tell me—we won Matt’s case for his education this year!

Because behind every “win” like this is a fight—one that so many families know all too well.

Today, I’m filled with gratitude.

Grateful for the Maria and her team at , all Matt’s educators and therapists, and our family and friends who have stood beside us, and supported our family every step of the way.

Happy 23rd Anniversary, Evan 💕
Twenty-three years of building a life together — raising our boys, laughing through the chaos, and turning every twist and turn into some kind of adventure (even the ones we didn’t sign up for).

Thank you for being my partner, my calm and the only person who can make me smile when I’m about to lose it.

As we head into the holiday, I’m feeling especially grateful.
To my clients, colleagues, and friends — thank you for trusting me, partnering with me, and allowing me to support the meaningful work you do every day.

I’m deeply thankful for my children, who continue to teach me resilience, humor, and heart.
