Office buildouts aren’t just about how a space looks. They’re about keeping teams productive, minimizing downtime, and executing upgrades without disrupting daily operations.

We, at Ariel Construction deliver end-to-end office renovations across New York, South Florida, and Texas, supporting companies like Attentive, Braze, JunGroup, Gorjana, Nassimi Realty, American Dream, NJ Transit, and the NYC Subway.

Our work spans full interior renovations, drywall and partitions, open-atmosphere layouts, sound insulation, kitchens and cabinetry, painting and wall finishes, security systems, and interior demolition. Each project is managed as a single coordinated effort, with a dedicated project manager overseeing sequencing, vendors, inspections, and ex*****on.

For office managers, that means fewer handoffs, clearer timelines, and less disruption. Projects move faster because the planning happens early, coordination stays tight, and accountability remains centralized.

Office renovations work best when the build supports the business - not the other way around. Planning an office renovation? Let’s talk

Most people think store design is about how a space looks. But the most effective spaces are designed around how people behave. Where their eyes go first. What makes them slow down. What signals trust, quality, or legitimacy within seconds of walking by.

Every decision - the façade, lighting, ceiling height, entry sequence, circulation, material choices - either lowers friction or creates it. And friction is expensive. When a storefront is visually unclear, poorly lit, or confusing to navigate, people don’t “think about it.” They just keep walking. Great design does the opposite. It invites. It orients. It guides. It turns passive foot traffic into intentional walk-ins and walk-ins into customers.

That’s why strategic store design has been shown to increase walk-ins and conversions by up to 30% in strong use cases. Not because it’s trendy or decorative, but because it’s intentional.

Design isn’t about impressing people. It’s about making decisions easier. At its best, design becomes a silent sales tool - working before a word is spoken, before a product is touched, before a staff member ever says hello.

This is the difference between a space that looks good…
and a space that performs.

If you’re planning a commercial build or renovation, let’s start with a conversation.

High-end work is less about change and more about control.

This Manhattan project focused on interior painting and selective millwork upgrades for a fashion and design studio, refining the space without disrupting how it functions day to day.

Surfaces were carefully prepared and repainted to create a clean, consistent backdrop for materials, artwork, and natural light. Millwork updates were targeted and coordinated with the existing layout to maintain proportion and intent.

With the studio active throughout, the work was phased and protected to keep operations running smoothly.

When ex*****on is disciplined, the space feels resolved without announcing what changed.

Planning a new office or reworking an existing one?

Office buildouts aren’t just about finishes. They’re about how teams move, meet, focus, and operate every day.

We deliver end-to-end commercial buildouts, executive cabins, meeting rooms, open work areas, and support spaces planned with intent and executed with precision. Layouts are designed around workflow. Materials are chosen for durability. Systems are coordinated so nothing clashes later.

From concept to completion, the goal stays the same
a workspace that performs as well as it looks.

If you’re planning a new office or reworking an existing one, let’s build it the right way.

Design and build projects succeed when planning and ex*****on stay aligned.

This office interior build-out for Cavalry Associates involved a complete interior reconfiguration, with each space designed around its function.

The reception was planned to set a clear, composed first impression, while the work hall was structured to support focused day-to-day operations.

The conference room was built to accommodate structured discussions and collaboration, and the restrooms were upgraded to align with the overall standard and finish of the space.

Alongside the spatial changes, the project included HVAC upgrades, integrated technology infrastructure, and modern finishes throughout.

Every area was built to function consistently, not just look finished.

Same address. Very different standards.

What changed wasn’t just finishes. It was planning, sequencing, coordination, and knowing what comes first so nothing has to be redone later.

Before is what happens when a space exists. After is what happens when it’s built with intention.

Pleased to share this residential painting project in a high-rise apartment.

This scope focused on delivering a clean, consistent, and elevated finish across walls, ceilings, trims, and doors. The apartment’s light palette, tall ceilings, and wide windows make surface prep and edge work especially important, since any inconsistency can become visible under natural light.

To protect the space and avoid disruption to existing finishes, the team worked with full containment, using floor protection and dust barriers throughout. Prep included sanding, patching, and priming across every surface before final coats are applied. The hardware and hinges were also updated as part of the finishing scope.

With work continuing across multiple rooms, the goal was to achieve an even, high-quality result that aligns with the apartment’s design and location.

If you're managing a residential refresh that requires careful painting and finish coordination, we’d be glad to talk.
