As part of a national roll-out initiative and leading the Northeast Regional Roll-out Program for JD Sports, has achieved momentum across several locations as they approach completion with many more rapidly progressing through design, preparing to mobilize construction.
The Program includes a variety of new locations both, Streetside and in Malls, and for store outlets and flagships.

With the current socio-political confusion throughout our nation, we can recall important and memorable statements made by remarkable American Leaders. Eleanor Roosevelt commemorated our beliefs by voicing our rights to freedom and equality, not only for Americans but for all people on Earth. , encourages everyone to use their voice to stand up for what they believe in so that together, we can become the change we want to see in this world.

Members of were recently invited by PRI-O-LEAU Development Group to attend an in-person Speed Networking Event sponsored by the Council of Urban Real Estate (C.U.R.E).
The catered rooftop event took place at 444 Madison Ave and set a goal, encouraging participants to make professional connections. The outcome was more, and many developed a newfound camaraderie amongst newcomers and seasoned Industry representatives.
We look forward to more events which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our Industry.

As a national holiday, Juneteenth allows each of us to reflect upon events of the past and construct new paths for the future.
The day recognizes an important milestone in American History. On this day, President Lincoln took first steps in changing our culture, freeing enslaved men, and women of color.
We join to celebrate the emancipation of slaves caused by resistance, resilience, and movements towards “Black Joy”.
FerzanCo acknowledges all Americans who have sacrificed so much in driving change and their continuing support to make this nation one which can proudly treat all people equally and with care.
We hope our present leaders and those to come, will perpetuate the betterment of our society and preserve human rights.
