While some Class B mall owners have pulled back, Second Horizon Capital sees opportunity.

Since its 2021 founding, the impact investment firm has acquired seven large-scale, retail properties it says had been underinvested, including its latest: Florida’s 710,000-square-foot Melbourne Square.
