Harvest is always such a wonderfully exciting and stressful season. Full of millions of minute decisions that can greatly affect the quality of your w**e. We are fortunate to work with some amazing vine stewards who understand deeply our commitment to this place; SJR Vineyard. And no matter what the season throws at us, are equally committed to grow the best fruit possible. My job is just not to mess it up once it hits the cellar ;)

Last week we brought our club members together to taste through 15 years of Delmas Syrah 🙌🍷
It was so amazing to revisit and share these vintages going back to 2010. Seeing how things are holding up, remembering that we put Grenache into the first 2, and reminiscing on harvests long past, to present.
Notes on each will be hitting our website (post harvest) so if you weren’t able to make it to our Vertical, you can see how things are faring in your own cellar.
Here’s to making another 15 years of this wonderful w**e! 🥂
