Rage.
Red. Hot. Fast.
Holy.
Blame burns in the center of the chest. Rattles loose tears. Chokes on billowing roars from deep within the core of my heart full of expectations. Shattered assumptions break down into tiny psychological traumas getting stuck in the crevices of my lungs. Shallow breathing. Pumping fast. Fight or flight. Kick down the door or retreat in defense. Skin tingling ready for war. F**K YOU burning rivers out the corner of my eyes. Feeling how it feels to feel it...All the way through. Noticing the path being carved beneath fragmented layers of hope. Desire awakens a spark of truth. I ask, what do I need in this moment? Suddenly remembered to breathe deep again and rage softened into sadness and again, sadness to... Stillness. Just let it move through. **ingpissed **ingpry
Letting yourself fully feel into your emotions as they come is one of the key practices for healing, transformation and living a fully ignited existence. When we get angry, disappointed, enraged, annoyed, irritated etc etc...As women we are taught to suck it up and put our "big girl panties" on, to push forward and keep smiling even if we are screaming bloody murder on the inside. F**K THAT!!!! Don't let anyone tell you your too emotional or sensitive for allowing your feelings to move through you in the moment. Energy is fluid but it WILL get stuck in our bodies if we don't allow it to be fully expressed. Stuck traumas in the body are what cause disease, stagnation and sickness on every level. You deserve to be fully ignited my loves. Just let it move through. ❤
