September 11th, twenty two years since. With chills running through our bodies and tearful eyes, New Yorkers and everyone worldwide can agree that till this day we remember the attack with so much sadness and emotions running through our bodies. But like every attack, every fall, every impact we endure, we rise stronger than before and hope for a brighter future.
Today, the World Trade Center holds one of the most beautiful campuses in NYC and one that will forever hold a special place in our heart. This summer we were granted the opportunity to provide our wood restoration services to restore the teak at Liberty Park. The park has not been treated since it opened back in 2016. Seven years after, the wood was looking dry and brittle in some areas with a grey appearance. Some of the planks where in need of replacement and we were able to make it all happen before the 9/11 annual commemoration in just 5 weeks.
We want to give a special thank you to the teams at Port Authority of NY & NJ and CBRE for considering us for this project. We are in great honor to be able to enhance the beauty of the park where you you’re able sit across across the 9/11 memorial and embrace the new and developed panorama of the World Trade Center today.
