I am pleased to share that R. White Consultancy, LLC has officially been certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in New York State.

For those in the government and corporate sectors, this certification is more than a title. The NYS application process is notoriously rigorous, requiring a deep dive into a firm’s operational history, financial integrity, and technical capabilities. Successfully clearing this hurdle serves as a third-party validation of the standards we maintain.

Our certification under NAICS 541611 (Administrative & General Management Consulting) and 611430 (Professional Development Training) allows us to provide immediate value in two ways:

I found this notebook of mine from 2019 recently. Back then, I was sitting in a business school classroom, sketching out the mission and vision for what would eventually become R. White Consultancy.

Looking back at these handwritten notes, one phrase stands out: "I want to foster an environment that welcomes new ideas and change."

​Five years later, I’ve learned that "welcoming change" is easy to say but incredibly hard to do without the right systems in place. Most mission-driven leaders have the vision, but their impact gets trapped in Operational Chaos. They are stuck in reactive mode because their data doesn't talk to their strategy.
