Before you toss that almost-empty candle — read this🫙

If you’ve got a beautiful jar with just a little wax left at the bottom, you are not done with it yet. Not even close.

Two easy ways to clean it out 👇

🔥 Pour boiling water into the jar — the wax will loosen and float right to the top as it cools, making it super easy to remove
❄️ Or pop it in the freezer for a few hours — the wax will shrink and pop right out cleanly

Once it’s clean, give it a quick wash and suddenly you have the most gorgeous little storage jar. We love using them for Q-tips, cotton rounds, coffee straws, makeup brushes, hair ties — anything small that usually ends up scattered everywhere. 🙌✨

Good organizing isn’t just about buying new things. Sometimes it’s about seeing what you already have in a completely different way. 💛

So much organizing advice jumps straight to bins, labels, and shelf systems. But if your space is still full of things you don’t use or love, no bin is going to fix that.

That’s why every project we take on starts with editing, not organizing.

Before we buy a single container, we go through what’s actually there - keep, donate, toss - so we’re only organizing what deserves to stay.

Skip this step, and you end up organizing clutter. Beautifully labeled, but still clutter. Do this step first, and organizing becomes so much easier, because there’s simply less to manage.

Next time you’re tackling a space, resist the urge to buy bins first. Edit first. Organize second. It’s the difference between a system that lasts and one that falls apart in a month.
