Everything In Your Life Depends On This One Thing!

You heard me correctly, one thing.

What is that thing?

A resilient mindset.

I recorded this video on the day an internet "hater" labeled me a "fake plastic face" and seemed to hold resentment over my sharing about the work that I do to help others live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives, namely through my upcoming program, GLOW SESSIONS.

The truth is as much as healthy people will be attracted to your glow, unhealthy individuals with low self esteem may feel wildly threatened by it.

As someone dedicated to living in the glow, I am faced with new opportunities to stand steadfast in my glow on a daily basis.

The truth is that life is always, IN SESSION.

Meaning, there will be challenges to the GLOW.

The thing about being in the glow is that it may rub people who are shrouded in darkness the wrong way, and they will try to rob it from you.
They may try to take you down, to diminish you, or even bully you.

In GLOW SESSIONS, I teach you how to cultivate your glow AND how to STAY in the glow once you feel it.

This is what resilience is all about.

When someone or something challenges our attempts to live in the glow, it is actually a divine opportunity.
It allows us step up, to uplevel.

Waking up to a hateful message on what should have been a serene Sunday morning lit a fire under me and allowed me to conquer a personal challenge.

Thank you, hater!

We do not need to dim our light to help others feel safe.
They may ultimately be removed from our lives because the energy between us is no longer a match.
This weeding out process is simplifying and clarifying.
It is a blessing, often initially in disguise.

Greatness doesn’t come from easy.
The change is in the challenge.

Four weeks ago today 🧸 arrived in the big city! This sweet Teddy Bear is truly my hero. He has done so well overcoming so much overstimulation and stress on his nervous system and he powers forward each and every day.
It’s a long way from the sweet streets of Beverly Hills!

Navigating blizzards and subzero temperatures and wind that has almost blown him over, he has been a trooper and is becoming a real city dog!

Nothing like a brisk 5:30 AM walk🤣❄️🤣

Thank you for creating this miracle for our family.
