One focus area within our coaching practice has always been mothers transitioning back into – or simply navigating -- the workforce. Finding harmony between the needs of running a family and owning a career path has long been a delicate balance.

So, as we planned a series of group workshops in 2025, we decided the first should be designed for mothers who want to explore re-entering the workforce, boosting their current careers, or embarking on meaningful outside-the-home work. This program grew out of demand from some clients who thought a group session would be a helpful forum to share ideas and learn the experience of other moms in transition.

If you’re interested in joining a session – or if you have a group who might want their own private workshop – please reach out!

Being single isn't fun when you don’t want to be. But, for many entrpreneurs, it is a fact of life. Entrepreneurs aren't your typical person. We eat, breathe and sleep our businesses 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year in a way that even the most dedicated employee doesn’t. Entreprene…

It isn't all about you. Selling a product is tough. Selling yourself as a job candidate is tough. Selling your company to an investor is tough. All seem like different kinds of sales jobs, but they usually all fail for the same reason: You. It's not that you're not good enough. You could be a persua…

It's counterintuitive for entrepreneurs to let go and have faith, but sometimes it's the best option. My latest for Entrepreneur: http://occupreneur.com/tocnews/2014/7/29

Entrepreneurs are driven, ambitious, do-it-yourself overachievers. Relying on others to get done what we perceive as our job is not only counter-intuitive, it’s often damn difficult to do. But sometimes we actually need to let go. I’m not a religious person. While I appreciate my own faith, particul…
