Day 1 of posting on YouTube every single day for 30 days. 😳

My channel has been a little sleepy lately. I posted two videos last month, so I decided the solution was… 30 videos in 30 days. Weekends included. 😂

I also want filming to become much more casual for me. Less “today I’m FILMING” and more of a normal thing I just do.

So that’s the experiment.

I’ll be paying attention to the numbers, testing different topics and sharing what I’m learning along the way.

Day 1 is up. 29 more to go 😅

I think we all need to get a little more ridiculous on YouTube 😂

“I tricked myself into ridiculous consistency” could easily have been:

“How I stay consistent on YouTube.”

Same video. Same idea. Title much kess scroll stopping.

And I’m noticing this more and more with my own titles.

A little exaggeration. A little drama. A little “WAIT, what happened?” 👀

“I’m begging you to start your YouTube channel.”

“This changed everything.”

“I did this for 30 days.”

YouTube rewards curiosity, and sometimes that means taking a perfectly normal idea and turning the volume WAY up.

🎥 B-roll used to feel more complicated than it actually is.

🎥 If you’re new to video, B-roll is the extra footage you layer over your main talking-head video. It’s what viewers see while you’re still telling the story.

For me, it became much easier once I started thinking in three shots:

🎥 Wide – shows the space or setting.
🎥 Medium – shows the action.
🔍 Close-up – shows the details.

That’s a simple framework I come back to whenever I’m filming.
