I believe Successful Performance — in a single presentation, a long-term project, as a team leader, in your career or life — starts with selling yourself first. I help clients understand perceptions, master assets, and develop skills in order to “present” the best message possible. Over the past 14 years, I have developed a unique methodology that provides a roadmap for clients to embrace strength

s, Identify Intention, and Develop Professional Ideal Outcome. My clients include Fortune 500, mid-level firms and non-profit organizations. I began my coaching career in 1998 working with news, weather and sports anchors and gradually shifted my focus to the person on the other side of the microphone: that non-professional communicator whose job title and industry required public speaking, media interviews and events. Prior to coaching, I worked extensively as a spokeswoman and actress in all media and venue — film, television, radio, and theater, which served as an invaluable foundation for my work. My strengths include quickly assessing my clients’ needs, embracing their industry and unique challenges to put them at ease, while empowering through imaginative solutions. My years of experience has given me a unique perspective into analyzing and offering perspective in career guidance, as well as professional projects, events and meetings. Greta is a proud member of the National Association for Professional Women as well as SAG-AFTRA and AEA. She is also president of the New York based book club LitChicks.
