This image probably explains my brain better than I ever could.

Most people hear “AI” and think hype, shortcuts, or replacing people.

That has never been my focus.

What I’m building through the National Cleaners Association and SmartCare OS is something much more practical:

Operational intelligence for independent businesses that have been carrying too much, with too little visibility, for far too long.

One thing I keep thinking about as we build SmartCare OS:

The cleaners who survive and grow over the next decade will probably not be the ones with the fanciest technology.

They will be the ones who create structure inside the business.

The ones who can:
• document how things are done
• train people consistently
• reduce confusion
• create repeatable workflows
• operate with more stability when things get stressful

Because many independent cleaners are carrying an incredible amount of operational pressure every single day.

Production.
Staffing.
Claims.
Routes.
Customer service.
Scheduling.
Compliance.
Interruptions.

And too much of that knowledge lives inside one person's head.

That becomes exhausting.
