POV: I am rich.
Not rich like the internet sells it. Not the Lamborghini and the laptop on the beach. Not the thousand dollar meals or the houses on multiple islands.
Rich because I have my health, chosen family, and community.
Rich because I had dinner with people I love last Tuesday and nobody checked the time.
Rich because I am looking at land upstate and it does not feel like a fantasy anymore.
Rich because I slept eight hours and woke up excited instead of anxious.
Rich because I have freedom and time and yes I still work hard and stay disciplined, but I am not depleted by it anymore.
Here is what I have noticed about wealth. When you are aligned with the work you are doing, when you feel safe and grounded, the scarcity mindset starts to shift. Your body moves out of fight or flight and into the parasympathetic state rest and digest. Research shows that chronic financial stress activates the same threat response in the brain as physical danger and directly impairs cognitive function and decision making. You cannot build wealth from a dysregulated nervous system. The biology does not support it.
And here is what a landmark collaboration (https://lnkd.in/gTdp4_TK) between Princeton and the University of Pennsylvania actually found for most people happiness continues to rise with income.
But for people who are already unhappy more money above a certain point stops helping. As the researchers put it — if you are rich and miserable more money will not fix it.
The inner work and the outer work are not separate.
This is the wealth I am building toward. Not just money coming in.
Money that stays and grows. Money that funds businesses focused on impact, on regenerative work that moves with nature rather than against it.
Money that compounds through the ripple effect of the transformations Repurpose Your Life™ creates through business mentorships, leadership workshops, and nervous system regulation work. Lives being changed and women showing up better for themselves, their families, and their communities.
That is the real return on investment.
The women I work with are not just chasing revenue. We are looking at what actually generates profit, understanding the numbers, and learning how to make money work for them. It is not about manifesting. It is about consistent disciplined work and most importantly working on the human behind the business.
The more secure you feel in yourself the less you need external validation. The more you trust yourself the less scarcity runs your decisions. That shift from fear to trust, from depletion to alignment is where real wealth actually begins.
It is the freedom money brings.
The time it gives you back. And the life it allows you to live.
