Memorial Day is a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who gave so much for this country.
Today, I’m especially thinking about my father. A veteran, my biggest supporter, and someone who shaped so much of who I am both personally and professionally.
My dad had a way of making people feel important. Seen. Valued. Whether it was family, friends, or complete strangers, he led with kindness, respect, and genuine connection. And without even realizing it at the time, he shaped so much of how I would later build relationships in business and in life.
He taught me that hard work matters. That character matters even more. And that no dream is too big if you’re willing to work for it and stay true to who you are along the way.
I think one of the greatest gifts a parent can give their child is confidence. The feeling that someone believes in you completely. My father gave me that from the very beginning, and it changed the course of my life.
Today, I’m honoring him and the many brave men and women who served this country with extraordinary courage and sacrifice. Their impact lives on through the people, families, and generations they helped shape.
Grateful today and always.
