Steven Stein-Grainger was a vocal teacher, a working singer/actor, with a a career spanning the worl Make Singing Fun Again! Many singers do.

past tense. I’m here to he help you change that because I GET IT. I offer you the tools to be the best singer you can be. In my own career I’ve studied and performed with some of the finest singers, teachers and coaches in the world ranging from Broadway to Classical to Pop to Opera. That career has spanned nearly 40 years and across four continents as a Broadway, classical and opera singer. As a teacher, I’m constantly studying new techniques for my students who have successful careers on Broadway, in the opera world, and in country and pop music. In my vocal studio you will learn how to pay attention to your voice so that you can replicate good, healthy sound again and again. Anyone can sing in different genres. You just have to begin with a healthy and smart vocal foundation and we can work together to get that for you. As our voices grow and mature, we ALL have fallen into bad habits that stick with us and we all need someone to tell us how we really sound from the outside in. With my vocal technique and a love of teaching that is unmatched by most teachers and coaches – your results can be staggering … and oftentimes immediate!

Hello students and fans of Steven Stein-Grainger. This is Sierra, student and admin of his vocal studio page. If you haven't heard by now, Steven succumbed to his "relationship" with CIDP on Christmas morning, after spending Christmas Eve spreading joy as Santa Claus virtually. His husband, Jae, is processing but I'm helping to spread the word about this, and of the memorial arranged in Steven's name. You can donate to the GoFundMe page here or to GBS-CIDP Foundation International to help others with the disease. Steven will always be known as a brilliant teacher, a razor-sharp wit, and a loving and empathetic human being. Dancers who want to bring their singing up to the high level of their dancing abilities for the purpose of landing contracts in musical theatre productions can come and have a safe place to work to improve and hone another part of your performing talent.

Singers,
Summertime is upon us!
A couple tips for you to help you keep your voice in shape during the hot weather:
1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
If you think you're drinking enough water - double your intake and see how much better you feel.
And remember that coffee and tea don't count!

2. If you are suffering from allergies, try to find some local honey. Farmers' markets are a great place to find it. Add it to your diet. It will help like an inoculation against all of the airborne pollen from everything that's blooming.
