Day #10 in my Beast Mode Workout Challenge is done! Yes!!! Week #2 is in the bag! I'm making progress and it isn't easy. But I'm up for the challenge because the benefits far outweigh the effort. Today's workout: Legs, calves and Cardio.

I am truly grateful to be able to, at the age of 60, (Well almost) to maintain my healthy weight. Going in to my late 40s and early 50s it was a constant struggle. Especially once menopause hit! But I've been learning more and more each time I do the 28 Day Body & Soul Detox. It's no wonder I became a certified coach! It has taught me delicious ways I can eat, enjoy it, heal my body, and still maintain a healthy weight! Gotta love it! Can't wait to do it again in September!
