In 2017, NXTID got to work on the Bundesliga Global Rebrand for the first time.
In 2020, we started working on a second rebrand, in a project that saw the light during the new season in August of 2021.
More than 18 months of intense work, collaborating with super talented and creative people.
We took the 2D minimalistic look and feel back to a 3D world, using textures and materials from the sports worlds and respecting and honoring the Club colors.
Thank you for a new opportunity to show our love for sports and specially for football, the most beautiful of them all!
And special thanks to Thomas Markert and Juan Pablo Kessler

New trailer for Bundesliga!
The task was to show one of the league’s main features: fast & modern football! We proposed to show what happens in the player’s body and what sensations could they be experiencing when the adrenaline pumps and the game starts!

Bundesliga presented it's own OTT service called BUNDESLIGAPASS, that will allow you to watch the most competitive and fast growing league in the world, anywhere and on any device!
We had the task to create a spot to highlight the key features and relate it to the current branding (that NXTID had the privilege to take live in 2017). This iteration explores adding depth to the 2D world. How would the grid and tiles react?
We found that the grid allowed us to flip the tiles and that gave us a resource to connect all the different devices.
we developed both animation and the copy for this piece.

NXTID helped Bundesliga, Vodaphone and Wolfsburg present a new in-stadium technology based on 5G, that will allow fans in the stadiums to have a data-enriched experience while following their favorite team live. It will have the same (or more!) information than in their own living rooms available at their fingertips just by pointing the cellphone to the field.
You'll be able to find out what's the speed of a certain player, how did the team scored in previous matches and many more stats and data.
This is the beginning of a new era of live-event entertainment!

Really proud to announce that NXTID was in charge of developing the spot for the 57th Season Opening for 2019-2020 of the Bundesliga!
The idea was to show the matchup for the first day of the competition, and was broadcasted and also played in the stadium as part of the opening ceremony.
It's always great to see your work reaching out to millions of viewers around the globe while working with a team of super talented and professional people.
