🏡 The existing Trex deck was revamped with a RainEscape system underneath, creating a functional outdoor living space below.

The covered area features a custom ceiling with two coves separating the living and dining spaces, along with an outdoor TV, electric fireplace, surround sound system, outdoor kitchen, tile flooring, board and batten walls, and hidden storage.

🌿 Behind the pool, a beautiful planter with landscaping by and sprinklers by waterlume adds the finishing touch.
