you are only REQUIRED to do promo for the events that you're working and must post on the page at least once a day on the main page of the event. It's a good idea for Dj's to post different sound clouds and Artists/Performers to say a little about themselves because it gets yourself out there too. Do to the fickle nature of parties we have to warm you that expenses always come first or we will not be allowed to use the spot again but u will get paid no matter what if we make an agreement; we don't play that s**t. That being said if everyone does what they're supposed to then every party will pack out and expenses will be joke money. THAT being said if the party is a HUGE huge success then we also give out bonuses. Basically don't f**k around on promo and getting people to come and everybody including yourself make more money. A story circulating online has reignited one of the biggest arguments surrounding digital game ownership.

According to the claim, a PS3 owner returned to his console after years away only to discover that his PlayStation account had been deleted for inactivity, leaving him unable to access his digital game collection.

Stories like this immediately highlight why some players continue buying physical games. A disc sitting on your shelf cannot disappear because of an account problem, forgotten login or storefront decision.

However, claims that PlayStation routinely deletes accounts simply because they have been inactive for several years should be approached carefully. Losing access can happen for numerous reasons, and the circumstances surrounding individual account cases need verification before being treated as a general PlayStation policy.

Either way, digital ownership remains a major concern as the industry moves further away from physical media.

For most of human history, molecules were something we could describe with equations and models but never see with this kind of detail. Then IBM researchers in Zurich produced this remarkable image of a single molecule called pentacene.

Pentacene is only about 1.4 nanometers long and contains 22 carbon atoms and 14 hydrogen atoms arranged into five connected rings. What makes the image so striking is that its structure looks remarkably similar to the diagrams chemists draw in textbooks.

But this isn’t a photograph in the ordinary sense. No visible light was used. The researchers used non-contact atomic force microscopy, moving an incredibly sharp probe over the molecule and measuring tiny forces between the probe and the atoms below. Those measurements were then converted into the image we see.

The cleverest part was the microscope’s tip. IBM scientists attached a single carbon monoxide molecule to its end, allowing the probe to approach extremely close without disturbing the pentacene. At these distances, short-range forces become sensitive enough to reveal the molecule’s internal structure.

The work was published in Science in 2009 and represented a major breakthrough in imaging individual molecules with atomic-scale resolution. Techniques developed from this work have since been used to investigate individual bonds, molecular charge states and even molecules too unstable to study easily by conventional methods.

It is one of those rare scientific images where something that once existed mainly as a textbook drawing suddenly became experimentally visible.
