Here's a tip - find out what is cognitively the most productive time of day for you. Figure out the mid-point of your sleep.
- (If you go to bed at 11 and rise at 6 that would be 2:30AM)
Generally your highest point of the day is:
2:30AM + 8 hours = 10:30AM
and 2:30AM + 16 = 6:30PM is the next highest
Generally your lowest point of the day is:
2:30AM +12 hours = 2:30PM
and 2:30AM + 20 hours = 10:30PM

Your preference will depend on if you are a "Owl" or a "Lark"
