Introducing the Social Work Empowerment Fund ✨🎉🥹🤑
The Social Work Ladies Collective, Inc is proud to launch our inaugural microgrant initiative designed to support social workers beyond the classroom through wellness, professional growth, and licensure support.
Because those who care for others deserve care, too.
Through this pilot initiative, we will award 6 microgrants to early-career social workers in the NYC community:
2 Licensure Exam Support Awards — $230
2 Professional Development Awards — $100
2 Wellness Support Awards — $75
This fund was created to help reduce financial barriers and invest in the sustainability, wellness, and growth of social workers navigating an often demanding profession.
Whether it’s support for the LMSW exam, professional training, or burnout recovery and self care, we hope these awards provide tangible support to the professionals who show up for communities every day.
Applications open June 12, 2026.
