Here's what you should do if you're in your 20s.
1. Go to the gym:
Getting in shape is one of the most crucial things you can do in your early adulthood. Going to the gym not only gives you access to great workouts but also builds your discipline, mentality, and health. Having a strong and healthy body in your 20s and staying consistent can definitely change the way you are in your 50s.
2. Strive for learning:
Whether it be college, online courses, personal coaches, reading books, or watching videos on YouTube. Whatever format you choose to learn, just do it. Learn a high-level income skill, learn finances, learn about your health, etc. We never stop gaining knowledge. The mind is always eager to know something valuable and knew. The saying " First You Learn Then You Earn" is a well said quote.
3. Put in the effort:
If you don't work for what you want, how can you possibly receive it. 90% of people come up with a dream, 7% makes a plan, 2% starts the plan, but only 1% actually stay consistent and put in the effort to make that dream come true. Choose which percentage you want yourself in. The bill of regret is more expensive than the pain from the effort.
4. Eat for health:
Lastly, you should stop eating for enjoyment and start eating for your health. Without good health, there is no way you can become wealthy. You need to understand the food you're putting in your body. The food we consume is just like anything else we consume, like music or knowledge. Eat healthy food, you get good energy but eat unhealthy food, well the you probably won't get the energy you actually need. Make the right choice now and don't live to regret it later.
So build your best life, cause at the end of the day, only you can do just that. No one is coming to save you. You may get a helping hand, but it's still up to you.
