Another shining example of our zero waste program between the culinary and bar team at Callie. We use the Smokey eggplant water that we press out of the eggplant we use for our babaghanoush to make a spiced eggplant syrup that we use for the base of this drink. Might sound scary but one sip and we promise you will be sold. Happy Sunday!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
