πŸ“… Requiring people to come into the office 2-3 days a week without intentionality is just silly. This is why I often say "Not all days are created equal."

βœ… Make sure your policy serves a purpose and makes it clear that in-office workdays should be focused on tasks that require collaboration, ideas, and input from others.

Because there's really no point in being at the office if you're going to be working solo all day, right? πŸ˜€
