Pure Legacee is acting as a safe haven for young women who have experienced trauma and who are system involved. They are currently recruiting for their 16 week Mentor Training Program. The BX Resource Hub is a drop in center for young women living in The Bronx. On Tuesday & Thursday from 2pm to 6:30pm young women can drop in to recieve resources to assist with employment, housing, childcare, wellness and more. The hub also offers assistance with resume building , career exploration and professional development. We service girls and young women ages 13 to 24! Safe Spaces & Resources are essential for our youth!
On Thursday April 7th join me at The Bronx Collab for The Uptown Youth Fair. This particular fair is for young women. They can stop by the lab between Noon and 5pm for information on mentoring programs, scholarships, tutoring services, job opportunities, internships and more. We will have free giveaways , snacks and service providers available to answer questions.
This event is in partnership with PureLegacee- a mentoring program catering to young women impacted by the justice system.
