To People:
1. Before invading Ukraine, Putin invaded Russia. Until you can present merits for arguing his legitimacy or a reliable system for checking votes in Russia:
- using words “President of Russia” and “Russian President” near “Putin” is prohibited.
2. From 2003 to 2007, in Russia, 276 people were convicted for crimes against the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the state. In the years from 2015 to 2019, there were already 2,642 people convicted under the same articles. 2,642 - 276 = 2,366. Thousands of Russians wanted to warn you about the creature ruling in their country and his war intentions. On February 28, after 3 days of anti-war protests, more than 5,500 Russians were detained. Those Russians wanted to say “No War” like you. 2,366 + 5,500 = 7,866. Until you have a reliable source of information where every one of those 7,866 is, what they do, what they eat, what they think:
- using word “Russia” as a name of operations that Putin provides is prohibited
- using attributes of Russian Federation in the way of linking them to the activity of Putin and his team is prohibited (including the flag of Russia on Facebook as a sign of their side in the war)
3. Until the international team (see p.4) makes a conclusion that 1) mental health of Vladimir Putin is normal and 2) there is no manipulation machine in Russia of the level like “Cambridge Analytica in Brexit”, campaign “Do So” in Trinidad and Tobago, or higher:
- photo of Putin or Lavrov, appeared in news about Russia, must be marked with the sign “Simulacrum” (see Attachment) or with word “Simulacrum” close to the face.
4. Global society must perceive putinism as a new kind of global terrorism – not the issue between countries. An international team of experts must be formed specifically for the problem – finding a way to get Russian army and legal system of Russia in healthy hands after the criminals captured the country. Following people must be invited to the team:
Garry Kasparov
James G. Stavridis
Brittany Kaiser
Tikhon Dzyadko
Ivan Y. Pavlov, lawyer
