A one-game promotion and a permanent concourse graphic shouldn’t start with the same material specification.

For stadium and arena graphics, we start with the environment: the surface, weather exposure, fan traffic, installation access, and how often the messaging needs to change.

That can mean:
• SEG fabric in reusable frames for frequently changing sponsor graphics
• Mesh for exterior applications where airflow matters
• Textured wallcovering for a more finished look in clubs and suites
• Purpose-built floor graphics that account for foot traffic and slip resistance

Our latest blog breaks down how to match materials to each application, with examples from our work at Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Did you know some of the most important stadium branding issues show up before fans ever make it to their seats?

Before opening day, it’s not enough to replace what looks worn. Teams should also review the details that shape the full venue experience, including parking and arrival signage, entrances and gates, wayfinding, concourse graphics, sponsorship signage, premium spaces, and field-level visuals.

Why does that matter? Because clear signage and consistent branded environments help fans move through the venue more easily while making sure sponsor placements and team visuals are current, polished, and ready for game day.

Our latest blog post breaks down a practical preseason checklist for each of these areas: https://bit.ly/47rtwqu

Opening day has a way of revealing every detail. Before fans return, stadium teams have a short window to review the graphics, signage, and branded environments that shape the entire venue experience.

That means more than checking what looks worn. It means making sure wayfinding is clear, sponsor signage is current, premium spaces are presentation-ready, and every touchpoint still reflects the team’s identity.

In our latest blog post, we break down a practical preseason stadium branding checklist covering:
• Exterior stadium graphics
• Parking and arrival signage
• Entrances and gates
• Wayfinding and directional signage
• Concourse graphics
• Sponsorship signage
• Concessions, retail, and premium spaces
• Seating bowl, field-level, and player-area graphics
• Safety, accessibility, and opening day signage

If you’re getting a venue ready for opening day, this is a useful place to start. Read the full post: https://bit.ly/4e1NvQa

These photos offer a look inside the Museum of American Finance’s new home at Commonwealth Pier in Boston.

In our latest blog post, we share how BluEdge helped bring the 5,400-square-foot space to life across six galleries and seven inaugural exhibits. From custom wall coverings and 60–65 SEG fabric graphics to dimensional lettering, donor-recognition graphics, AV integration, and installation, every element was designed to support a cohesive visitor experience.

The project also shows how thoughtful production can keep complex exhibit work moving. When field conditions changed, our team shifted to direct-printed 3mm Sintra for the display case backs to keep the imagery clean and uninterrupted.

What does it take to turn a museum concept into an environment people can actually walk through, explore, and learn from?

In our latest blog post, we share how BluEdge helped bring the Museum of American Finance’s new 5,400-square-foot home at Commonwealth Pier in Boston to life. The project spanned six galleries and seven inaugural exhibits, with our team producing custom wall coverings, approximately 60–65 SEG fabric graphics and frames, direct-to-substrate rigid graphics, dimensional lettering, donor-recognition graphics, custom fabrication elements, AV integration, and installation.

We also highlight how close coordination and in-house production helped the team adapt when field conditions changed, including shifting to direct-printed 3mm Sintra for the display case backs to keep the imagery clean and uninterrupted.

The graphics are printed. Now comes the hard part.

Which pieces go to which store? When do they need to arrive? Who's installing them? What happens if something arrives damaged? And how do you confirm every location is ready for launch?

Kitting, logistics, installation, and post-install documentation can make or break a national retail graphics rollout.

We put together a complete guide to managing the process from planning through final installation:

Bringing the Museum of American Finance to life in Boston required more than strong design. It called for close coordination across large format graphics, custom fabrication, dimensional elements, AV integration, and installation to create an environment that supports both storytelling and visitor engagement.

In this project spotlight, we highlight how BluEdge helped unify six galleries and seven exhibits into one cohesive experience, with thoughtful material selection, precise alignment, and on-site problem-solving playing a critical role throughout.

The most effective museum environments do more than present information. They help visitors engage with it in a meaningful way.

Your brand should look like your brand—whether a customer walks into store #1 or store #100.

But maintaining consistency across a multi-location graphics rollout takes more than sending out the same creative files.

Color management, materials, production standards, installation guides, and quality control all play a role.
