Hello, my name is Sarah Treadway, SAP, LCSW, owner, founder, and provider at Havencore Consulting LLC.

One of our key services here is SAP assessments. I am an LCSW in the state of Virginia, but also a Certified SAP.

So what is a DOT Sap?

A U.S. Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional.

I provide confidential assessments and Return-to-Duty services for employees regulated by the Department of Transportation. This includes truck drivers, bus drivers, pipeline workers, flight crews, railroad workers, even crew members of ships. Working with me is the ONLY federally approved way to get back to work after a failed drug or alcohol test at work, or a refusal.
