AI is expected to be better equipped than humans to write a high school essay by 2026, work in retail by 2031, write a bestselling book by 2049, and perform open heart surgery by 2053. ⁣

We confirmed these forecasts with the thought-leaders at last month's WAYE Talk. So what does that mean for us? ⁣

It means that we are going to have to shift our working culture to one of continuous learning–and one in which skills become the key asset. 👉🏽 But the question becomes, what skills? 🗣Stay tuned for a special announcement this week on the future of work. ⁣
