You'll have weekly coaching sessions over the phone, via Skype video calls, or in person in New York City or Brooklyn, NY depending on which you prefer. (Coach Becky's coaching clients live and work across the U.S.) In between sessions you'll complete special homework assignments I'll design specifically for you. Most days you'll also devote 5-15 minutes to morning or evening exercises I'll design specifically for you to keep you feeling positive, confident, focused, and moving forward towards your goals!
