AI will not replace human testers. It will replace some repetitive tasks. It will accelerate test design. It will help to identify gaps in the requirements, generate manual test cases, convert manual test cases into automated scripts, summarize defects, analyze logs, identify impacted areas, predict future application failures and few more.

But it will not replace the human mind behind quality.

Why?

Because testing is not just ex*****on. Testing is observation, judgment, investigation, skepticism, business understanding, intuition and risk analysis.

A human tester does far more than check whether something works. Those who only click buttons may be replaced. Those who think deeply, investigate thoroughly and understand risk will become even more valuable.

AI will change testing, but it will never replace real testers.

We are excited to welcome 6 new interns to QA Mentor.

These talented individuals will be completing their Master’s degrees in IT in the next couple of months, and they are now beginning a 3-month intensive training journey with us. This is not ordinary internship training. It is rigorous, demanding and designed to test not only technical knowledge, but also discipline, commitment, adaptability, and the ability to think under pressure. In many ways, it is equivalent to army-style training for future QA professionals.

At QA Mentor, we do not believe in shortcuts. We believe in building real professionals through structure, high standards and continuous challenge.

Over the next three months, these interns will have to prove their credibility, work ethic and potential to grow into top-level contributors in the quality assurance industry.

Only the very best will earn the opportunity to join our organization full-time, a dream job for many who aspire to become part of QA Mentor.

Today, we also had a great quality time together in Bangalore (QA Mentor's Bangalore division) with a few senior members of our team, welcoming the interns and marking the beginning of what we hope will be a challenging, rewarding and inspiring journey for them.

Despite the challenging situation in the QA industry, we continue to create opportunities for college graduates and help them begin their careers as QA professionals. We believe that young talent deserves a real chance to learn, grow and prove themselves in a demanding but rewarding profession.

This year, we are committed to onboarding 25 interns as part of our broader plan to help QA Mentor achieve the aggressive goals we have set for 2026. Investing in new talent is NOT just about hiring, it is about building the next generation of strong QA professionals and creating a stronger future for our company and the industry.
