Earlier this week, (and some of you may have seen this) there was a conversation being had about spiritual bypassing.
I got a real check in my spirit listening to the convo about b/c a larger truth is:
You can be harmed by someone… and still have to tell the truth about how they got access to you.
For me, healing, (FULL healing) requires a FULLER truth. I HAD TO AKS MYSELF:
How did they get access?
For some of us, that truth is spiritual. We didn’t just love the person. We may have elevated them. We may have made them too central. Too necessary. Too powerful in our lives.
For me, this was the case and this was INDEED idolatry and full healing wasn't possible until I could hold both truths: (what they did and how I let them in).
