Alex was able to lose 45lbs in less than 10 months 🔥

Alex came to me in the middle of the pandemic ready for change…

She was one of our earlier clients with the ADAPT system💯

Within the past 10 months, she has lost 45lbs while building strength and muscle mass 🔥

💪Her results have been amazing but the point of this post is to show what’s possible with effort & patience…

When Alex first started she wasn’t taking action as she was having a hard time with training during the pandemic.

She couldn’t find progress or motivation in home workouts and was feeling stuck…

Here’s the 3 things we focused on to get her over the hump:

1️⃣ Increased the amount of food she was eating. Her calories were well below the range we needed to lose body fat & maintain proper metabolic function 🍎

2️⃣ Find a routine that would challenge her & keep it fun & engaging even though it started as home workouts! 💪

3️⃣ Forming habits in her daily routine to reach the positive state of flow where we are feeling positive & productive. Going on walks, AM routine, meditation & finding time to just enjoy life. 🤸‍♀️

We made sure the training, nutrition and mindset were all aligned for the vision we were creating for her.

🔥As a result she lost 45 pounds in under 10 months.

She’s also noticing way more energy, she’s feeling more confident and is happier with her health than ever before 🙏

Its a great day to be great. Start your week right and commit to growth. Physical health & mental heath are heavily influenced by one another. Reject your own excuses, I’m sure they’re valid but find a way. I hope everyone is finding their peace throughout the madness. Keep moving.

Change requires consistent effort and usually discomfort. If you’re struggling to find motivation during this period, write down some of the things you want to achieve by the end of it. Write it down, put it on your wall, visualize it. Even for small things this goes a long way. Commit to improvement.
