Guests for each event are broken up into groups, each group will have the opportunity to speed network with the other groups. You will have 1 on 1 pitches, that will last 2-3 minutes with each person, at the conclusion a timer will go off and you will rotate around that group (think speed dating for business). This will give each guest the best opportunity to work the room. Guests will then have a chance to mingle with other groups during the night and after the official proceedings.
