# **Introduction**

We started selling on this account on 3rd February, and this is a completely new Amazon Germany account.

Before starting, we shared a full roadmap with the client. Private Label is getting tougher every day. Chinese sellers and manufacturers are deeply involved now, and Amazon PPC is becoming more expensive month by month. Because of this, we are always careful at the start.

Honestly, we were not in favor of starting with a very low budget, and especially without Brand Registry. But the client wanted to begin this way, no trademark, no brand registry , just to test the ground.

We listed the product under a brand name, first checked trademark availability, then reserved it. We ordered the minimum possible units, knowing very well that we would go out of stock. The goal was not scale — the goal was to show results with minimum risk.

Within just 2 weeks, the client was already happy.
We generated €353 payout from Amazon, and anyone who works with new accounts knows how difficult it is to extract payout at the beginning — that’s why the payout screenshot is attached.

* Sales: **€1,920**
* TACoS: **22%**
* Amazon Payout: **€353**
* Balance in Amazon: **€735 (Screenshot in comment)**
* Total Amazon Balance: **€988** (€353 + €735)

This was done with very limited inventory and a very controlled setup.

* We selected a product in a competitive but high-demand niche. High demand always means competition , that part is normal.
* I’ve explained many times (and also in videos link in comments) that launching trendy or hype products increases failure risk. Instead, we focused on stable demand.
* COGS were handled very carefully. Prices were negotiated in detail.
