Fractal has been selected by the MyBmc as its AI partner to pilot vaidya.ai across Mumbai's public healthcare system.
Fractal will deploy vaidya.ai to support patients, doctors, and healthcare administrators throughout the journey, while ensuring that all clinical decisions remain under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
Key features of the offering will include multilingual patient engagement, AI-assisted symptom collection, and structured clinical documentation for doctors, simplified diagnostic and laboratory reports with critical value alerts for patients, and integration with BMC’s systems to power real-time institutional and public health dashboards for hospital administrators.
Designed to assist, not replace, healthcare professionals, vaidya.ai aims to reduce administrative burden, improve patient experiences, and enable more meaningful doctor-patient interactions, while ensuring that all clinical decisions remain under the supervision of qualified clinicians.
To formalize this collaboration, Fractal has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
