After years of climbing mountains, today marks a new peak. I am proud to announce that my book, ”The MOMENT THAT DEFINES YOUR LIFE,” is now available.

I could have avoided many mistakes if I learned his lessons sooner. Thus, The MOMENT combines something old, the philosophy of Stoicism, with something new, the social science of emotional intelligence (EQ) that helps you stay calm, controlled, and focused. If you are unfamiliar with EQ, it addresses the emotional, social, and survival dimensions of intelligence. The philosophy of Stoicism teaches that before you try to control events, start with learning to control yourself.
