Join us in welcoming Ray Tharpe to the Cleereman Industries team! Ray will be joining us starting in September as our Sawmill Sales & Design Specialist, bringing his experience and expertise to the team.

Ray is a fifth-generation logger and sawmiller. Ray brings 26+ years of hands-on hardwood sawmill experience — from operating and servicing equipment to 11 years running his own millwright and installation company.

Paul Cleereman says, Ray doesn't just know sawmill equipment on paper — he's built it, installed it, ran it, troubleshot it, and fixed it himself!

When he's not at the mill, you'll find Ray outdoors hunting, fishing, riding side-by-sides, or spending time with his daughter Addi.

We’re excited to have Ray on board!

⭐CARRIAGE REBUILD - BEFORE & AFTER⭐

Baillie Lumber sent this 2006 Cleereman LP-48” carriage in for a factory rebuild & to change it from a flat carriage to a tilt carriage.

Our factory rebuilds come with a *one-year factory warranty* and are completely gone through.

We start by dismantling the entire carriage down to just a bare frame. Wheels are either replaced or re-machined, frame is inspected for any cracks, knee and headblocks are disassembled and checked for excessive wear or cracks. Knee’s and headblocks are completely gone through and put back together in new condition. We replace all the dog tips, wear plates, pins, bushings, cylinders are all taken apart and new seal kits are installed along with any parts needed and then pressure checked. We replace all the wear strips, air and hydraulic valves along with the electrical components. The lubrication system is gone through and all filters are replaced once everything meets our high standards the carriage goes into our paint booth. After paint, the carriage is reassembled and tested to make sure everything works properly.

Most customers say they can’t tell our rebuilds from new.
