Volumetric time-course analysis of chemotherapeutic dose-response in 3D hydrogel embedded cancer spheroids using VitroPrimeโข 3D Culture and Imaging Plates together with CYTOQUBE light-sheet microplate cytometer.
This work tracks oxidative stress, apoptosis, and necrosis in U87 3D cultures over 96 hours using an integrated workflow combining ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐นยฎ ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ-๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐ง ๐๐ถ๐, ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ๐ฒโข ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐, and Hamamatsu's ๐๐ฌ๐ง๐ข๐ค๐จ๐๐ light-sheet technology, with dose-dependent cell death confirmed at TMZ concentrations known to be toxic to GBM cells.
