𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟵𝟬 𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗘. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟳𝟮 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗘.

After delivering my 10-minute closing keynote, "𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢", at the 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁, I read it into the 𝘒𝘦𝘺𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘓𝘢𝘣.

My overall score was 90—with a 92 for audience impact, 95 for structure, 95 for the closer and 96 for filler discipline.

Then there was pacing: 𝟳𝟮.

And honestly, that may have been the most valuable score.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘒𝘦𝘺𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘓𝘢𝘣 didn’t simply tell me I had done well. It identified exactly where the message was strong, where the delivery could improve and even gave me a sharper opening to consider.

My only problem? I used it 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 I delivered the keynote instead of before. 😩 Lesson learned!
