Long lead times for your current PS/DVB based Q resin? Sepax has the solution! Introducing the new Sepax PS/DVB 15 and 30 µm IEX Porous Resin: Proteomix POR IEX.

Proteomix POR is specifically designed for the separation and purification of biological samples such as AAV/VLP, insulin, peptide, GLP-1, oligos, etc. It is based on uniform hydrophilic modified porous PS/DVB beads with particle size of 15 and 30 μm. It has good physical and chemical stability with better pressure resistance. A great alternative to Source 15/30 resins with faster lead time.

Sepax's new generation Monomix Core 1000 and 500 multimodal chromatographic media combines a size exclusion separation and various binding chemistries which allow the target sample being collected in the flow through while efficiently capture the smaller impurities through amine ligand in the pore structure. It greatly improves the productivity and capacity than standard size exclusion resin and has broad application to the purification of VLPs, Vaccines, AAV, Viral Vectors or Viruses, Liposomes, Exosome, LNP (lipid nanoparticles), Plasmid, DNA, mRNA, etc.

The new generation provides improved performance with doubled dynamic binding capacity and ion exchange capacity for higher yield; and much narrower particle size distribution with better uniformity for easier CIP cleaning and longer life cycles.
