I have been caring for adults with disabilities for 10+ years. I am the oldest child of 5 and have been caring for children since a child myself. I have a background in early childhood education, special education, behavioral analysis, and direct care. My training and certifications were administered and monitored through the states of Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and Maryland. I am a mandated reporter and certified in non-violent crisis intervention and restraints. I am a First Responder, I Currently work with children on the autism spectrum that are at a high risk for presenting aggressive behavior.
