The vineyard is putting on its fall colors. Rows of gold and amber stretch across the hillside, and with harvest behind us, things are beginning to quiet down.

After the pace of harvest, it's nice to see the vineyard settle into a quieter rhythm. The changing leaves make these fall afternoons especially beautiful.

There’s something special about being back on campus at Notre Dame.

We’re excited to have BelliVadum as the featured w**e at Rohr’s for October! It’s always a pleasure to return to a place that means so much to us and share our w**es with the Notre Dame community.

One of our favorite days of the year is bottling day. After months of growing, harvesting, fermenting, and patiently aging in barrel, the 2025 vintage begins its next chapter.

There’s something satisfying about watching each bottle make its way down the line, knowing every one will eventually find its place around someone’s table.

The hard work is done. We'll give these w**es the time they need to rest in bottle before they're ready to be shared. For now, we're grateful to have another season captured in the bottle.
