Introducing Second Rein Solutions — the operational backbone for equestrian programs.

We built SRS because we’ve lived the problem ourselves. As operators of Bay Light Farm in Newberg, Oregon, we know what it feels like when your regular hand doesn’t show up and there’s no backup plan. We also know how many horse-experienced people want flexible barn work and have no easy way to find it.

So we built the solution.

SRS Barn Staffing connects equestrian programs with vetted, reliable workers for stall cleaning, horse handling, feeding, grooming, and general barn labor across Oregon and California.

SRS Admin Support provides remote scheduling, client communication, payment tracking, and systems management for riding schools and training programs.

We’re just getting started — and we’re building something the horse world has needed for a long time.
